Shaira touched the spaghetti "that's needs to be heated."

"well i think i know how that can be accomplished"

Brendan was looking at everything "huh?"

"you, with the fire you obtained you can re heat it, show us some of that fire, cause i don't recall you using it yet"

Brendan snapped his fingers and a flame appeared on his thumb.

"nice, now would you ind heating up those noodles"
Nick heard something, like a soft whistle of a tune, it was coming from nearby and he followed it into a side room

Brendan held the flame underneath the bowl.

Nick followed it to a side room and knelled over what looked like it could have been a bench, he lowered his ear to it and found the sound coming from a crack he budged open a lid and peered back into the main reactor room.
"Shaira, i have a question"

"yes?"

"did your people perhaps preserve certain individuals?"

"i think they could have. A musician would be one of their choices"

"well i think i found one, and it is surprisingly intact"

"They are alive?!"

"no, but they look like they very well could be, if you ignore a few holes in them"

"holes?"

"like the skin has ripped or something"
Nick noticed a jewel on the inside of the sarcophagus and traced over it with his fingers

"That should happen."

the gem fell out of its setting in the stone and into Nick's hand, it was a ring.
the gem was a bright green, not dark enough to be an emerald, and it flashed for just one jiffy, nick layed it back onto the body out of respect and looked at Shaira sheepishly

[a jiffy is the amount of time it takes light to orbit an electron]

"What?"

"oh just uh...the gem, it came out, of the setting on the inside"
just then Nick noticed the whistling sound he heard get louder and more audible, it bacame actual music, and it was beautiful
